Since 2013, Allen has been smoking BBQ for friends and family in the Texas Hill Country. Allen has been part of many BBQ teams focusing on everything from fundraising to competitions to serve the Hays County area. In 2021, Allen and his son Jonathan opened KnightFire BBQ, LLC. KnightFire BBQ offers juicy Smash Burgers and BBQ sandwiches. We currently are serving Austin and Hays County area apartment complexes, HOA’s, and subdivisions. Look for us throughout the year at local festivals and events.
